Ulmer's Auto Care

Spoke to shop one week ago about needing some quotes done on my vehicle. They said I would need to bring the vehicle in, drop it off, then I could pick it up and get my quotes on work needing to be done. Waited a week for my scheduled day. Gentleman behind the counter said they will not do any inspections for free. He said $90 to check the a/c, another fee for seeing if the struts are bad. Basically refused to look at the vehicle unless they were being paid. I mentioned that would have been nice to know a week ago up front, before I wasted my time with them. He did not care and very much showed how they treat customers and potential customers. Totally not worth the time here. Manager has a b…

This was the first time I've used Ulmer's Auto Care in Anderson and was very happy with the service. I recently had my brakes replaced and the cost was lower than what the dealership charged, plus the full inspection report that was included was well detailed. Even though the service was going to take a little longer than what I anticipated, they made it right by providing a loaner car at the last minute. Through every interaction I had with them by phone multiple times, or in person, everyone is incredibly friendly and did not try to push any unneeded repairs. I will continue going to Ulmer's in the future and am very thankful to have them so close to home.

I have been going to Ulmer's for years and tell all my friends and family how great they are to us. They go well beyond and above to help us with our cars. I completely trust them. Such good people that work there!

Have been bringing my vehicles to Ulmers for a few years now. They never cease to have friendly service and be very accommodating and prompt in their care. We have a vehicle that is only a few years old that we get routine service on, but we also have a truck that’s almost 30 years old that they’ve done some digging for. Through the routine AND more of the issues that require “exploration” they have been transparent in their process, and incredibly fair.

I cannot recommend Ulmer's enough. My car had a difficult to diagnose problem and this was the third attempt in a week to figure it out. The technicians were able to do that within a day and also explained what was happening in a way that I could understand. Everyone was friendly and honest. My car was ready to pick up the next day and I appreciated the quick ride home and.getting picked up when it was done. Thank you!!
