Pick up and delivery was timely and guys were super respectful and professional. Hunter reminded me that I had more than enough points to pay for the service. I did notice some burgundy paint on passenger side. I got out some auto cleaning products and we were able to get paint off with no scratching or dings.

From the time I got inside until the time I left, nothing but greatness!! Cory and Ryland was everything and more. They were so friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Their customer service was everything. The older lady and older guy in services was great too!! Everybody that I came in contact with was just amazing!! Thank you, thank you and thank you!! You guys rock!! I never had great service like this at no car dealership!

My service advisor Cory is very nice and courteous at all time and keep me updated on my vehicle. Also I love the fact Lincoln will pickup my vehicle and provide me with a loaner.
