Came in and got my car diagnosed, was told I would get a call back with diagnosis/pricing for my broken side view mirror. A week passed and radio silence, so I called them back in the morning and they told me they would call me back that day; fast forward to near closing time and I had not received a call back, so I called back and was told they would get me something shortly. These guys go above and beyond every time! We really appreciate their honesty, insight and expertise. Pricing is transparent and always fair . We live about 30 minutes away from the shop but would happily travel twice as far to do business with these professionals who so obviously take pride in their work!

I had a great experience with Avid Autocare. I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Colorado in for steering issue. They hopped on it right-quick and dealt with the problem, and also serviced my brakes which needed work. I was appreciated their friendliness on the phone and in person and their relaxed manner -- forthright but not pushy at all. They provided a comprehensive estimate from the inspection with a number of list of suggested services beyond what I had specifically asked about, but then were not at all pushy about doing anything beyond what I wanted done. The folks at Avid did a very very thorough inspection of my car and sent me pictures of what they could. An itemized estimate of what it would cost for each individual issue was given to me. They seemed trustworthy, were very polite, and professional. I also appreciated the no-pressure feel of talking to them. So many auto care places are pushy, etc., so this was quite refreshing. If I decided to go through with any recommended work, I will update, but going just by this experience, I would definitely recommend them. What can I say Orion and his team did an outstanding job on my daughters car. Never again people take your vehicle to the dealership unless you liked being ripped off over charged . The price was reasonable and affordable and a quality job was done to ensure my daughters safety .
