Brock's Auto Service Center

They were amazing! My AC stopped working on my drive from Michigan. They moved around things to make time to check out the problem and then made sure I had it back before I had to drive home. They charged a very fair and resonable price and got me back on the road! I am so appreciative! They saved me from driving 5 hours in 94 degree heat and 100% humidity with no AC! I definitely recommend using them!

Exceptional Service! I can’t say enough great things about John at Brock’s Auto Service Center. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. John was honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, gave a fair and transparent estimate, and followed through exactly as promised. The quality of work was top-notch, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly before I left. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy in the auto service world, but John has absolutely earned my confidence and future business. Had work done on my Carvana purchased vehicle. John took care of all the interactions with the insurance provider, Silver Rock and kept me informed throughout the process. Very accommodating, pleasant and easy to work with. Fair price and good work. I will go to Brock’s Autocare, for all my automotive needs.

Robert at Brock’s Auto Repair is absolutely top-notch! He’s an awesome mechanic—talented, dependable, and truly passionate about his work. Every time I’ve brought my vehicle in, he’s gone above and beyond to take care of all my mechanical needs. What sets Robert apart is his honesty and fairness. He takes the time to explain the work needed and never tries to upsell unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can fully trust, and with Robert, I always know I’m in good hands. Highly recommend

I would highly recommend Brock's Auto Service Center! I was traveling through Cincinnati from out of town and luckily got a hold of Brock's when I noticed engine smoke on the freeway. They were able to look at my car right away at 7pm and had my transmission leak fixed in less than 90 minutes. Ron (owner) and his wife and their technician went above and beyond and stayed past closing time to help me out and get me back to Columbus that night. They are all very knowledgeable, courteous and careful with your vehicle and actually corrected an error that the GMC dealer service technician had made a few days earlier working on my 2021 Yukon. I can't recommend them enough. Jus…
